The European Consumer Agenda 2020-2025 takes as priorities to empower consumers to make informed choices and play an active role in the green and digital transition, and to support consumer associations initiatives aimed at vulnerable consumers. This project intends to develop innovative strategies to make consumer information more accessible, credible and appealing for young consumers. Another goal is to motivate them to join a consumer association in order to feel better represented and have a dynamic participation on global consumer policies. How can consumer information be made more reliable and “user-friendly”? What motivates young consumers to exercise their rights? What difficulties do they encounter and how can they be overcome?
